For Campers Entering 3rd-8th Grades

Sleepaway Week 2024 will be held during Week 4 (7/22-7/26)

At Shibley, campers have the best of both worlds – day camp with a sleepaway option! Senior campers entering 3rd grade and older can choose to take part in our annual Sleepaway Week in Kent, Connecticut at Club Getaway. We know that sleepaway is the next step for some of our families, and we love to give our campers a taste of what they can expect when they are ready to take the leap.

We have been offering this popular program and working with Club Getaway for more than 20 years! This is an exciting way to experience the perfect combination of day camp and sleepaway! Familiar staff from Shibley Day Camp and staff from Club Getaway provide a week’s worth of sleepaway style fun including water sports, adventure activities, sports, crafts, campfires, special evening activities and more!

This program is for campers who are already attending Shibley Day Camp for a minimum of 4 weeks. Please contact camp for more information about this popular program.
